- My opinion: static about page, terms and conditions etc, can be exist and cached as IV pages, as long as they do not contain user iteraction elements (forms, dialogs). Almost any page, what contains text, can be changed by admin anytime. In reality, information on about, terms and conditions pages changes rarely.
