Hello, i think in this site it seems not quite correct to put all the text of all images as a <cite>, this site has its own class for this: "image-copyright"
As for example here:

I don't see any reason to not do. Text in both tags are actual credits/copyright and both must be marked as <cite>, since there is no such separate tag as <copyright> in iv
