So, Markus Ra said to resumbit old templates with fixes regarding the checklist update. I had the first place (Template #87), but with non-critical header in related block in the middle of a page. So I resubmitted and lost my position. Template #89 (which was just after me) has two related blocks in a row with non-informative headers.
