These lines after each <h2> isn't dividers on source page.

1) They're added from style.css, if there were <p style=...> you wouldn't even care about that.

2) who would put divider between header and its relevant paragraphs?

3) To me, visually desn't divide content at all unlike IV's real dividers do.

Note dividers purpose in IV is to divide content.

Thus template must not add dividers.
