I definitely dont agree with you for next reasons:
1) The block is not widget itself (like an embedded block).
2) The block is some js magic with a long picture (https://cdn.gsmarena.com/vv/spin/samsung-galaxy-s10-plus.jpg).
3) If your template dont generate IV then you missed a large essential part of reviews of this site.
4) You could omit that block for not loosing the whole page (as I did before).
5) You could transform that block to link with 360-degree view image (as I did for now and checked that link in Telegram).
So there is no reason not to generate IV.
But the final word rests with admin.
