- These pages are tough. They are distinctly custom formatted in contrast to regular posts. Some of them are less so, but mostly they are style-heavy.
For example, linked template for this page are missing links: "Ссылка на выступление", "Ссылка на презентацию". (there are multiple in the source).
There were more issues with missing content/broken formatting for this kind of pages.
These pages are custom made for Habrahabr's partners/clients, I suppose, by hand.

Even if it were restored to the contest it would have been rejected immediately.
