This template uses bulleted list formatting for regular paragraphs in many articles on this website. This looks generally weird and especially bad in articles that include an actual bulleted list.

This issue was created as part of our final processing of appeals on our earlier decisions submitted by the contestants. Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to participate in our contest! The end is nigh.

- The end user doesn't see those lists and it is definitely possible to go around in a pretty straightforward way, e.g.:
<p>: //ul[has-class("article-requirementsList")]//li
<div>: //ul[has-class("article-requirementsList")]
<p>: //div[has-class("article-content")]//ul//li
<div>: //div[has-class("article-content")]//ul
