Even if this page has an unsupported element, it shouldn't return "NESTED_ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED" error since it's related to another problem.

::: If Telegram's IV system supports this element which's unsupported currently, this template still will not be able to show this element because of this "nested_element..." error.

It seems image inside header is not common formatting for this site. Since the issue author did not provide a link to the page where it's critical, I decline issue unless it will be proven that this formatting isn't rare.
