I know you argued they get deleted after about two weeks (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/hessenschau.de/template33/issue2/), however I still think they should generate IV, after all it's still possible that a Telegram users sends a link to this page within the 2-week timeframe the page exists (in which case IV should appear).
