as for me, this <details> formatting isn't appropriate there,
Better format it like
<hr>
header
text
<hr>

Why is that not appropriate?
- It's tagged as "infobox" in the original,
- It's seperated from the rest of the article (as it should be),
- Has a fitting header, and most importantly,
- Is open by default.
I don't see any problems with that.
