These URLs shouldn't be formatted as related. Even more, this is the application link which is the article about.
IV couldn't and hasn't IV template for google play/ app store sites, and won't. So, IV won't be generated for them and It means these URLs will be removed.

Of course, you may answer that this article falls under the rule about ancient lore, because it posted in 2015.

But this service page https://www.hessenschau.de/app/index.html
redirects to the current article.
So, users will not see essential content anyway.

The application link is also above the paragraph you marked ("Google Play Store (Android)"), no essential content is lost. The content in <aside class="c-posterTeaser"> is related in 99% of cases, this is the first case I've seen where the link is not to an article, and even here the original link is still present, so it's not a problem.
