Static page should be generate IV, this is not a dynamic page

"Wo heute in Hessen aufgrund der Wetterlage oder aus anderen Gründen die Schule ausfällt." -> "Where today in Hessen the school is cancelled due to the weather conditions or other reasons."
"Es liegen zur Zeit keine aktuellen Meldungen über Schulausfälle vor." -> "At the moment there are no current reports about school cancellations."
The wording makes it clear that this is a dynamic, changing page, because it's supposed to show the *current* (e.g. daily) school cancellations.
