Firstly, this string contains also and date.

Secondly, class "mediaBox__byline" doesn't mean anything. It's just like that namespace ("c-teaser__byline", "text__byline", "mediaBox__byline", "mediaInfo__byline"). These classes exists on this page, may be look and this does not mean that they should be as <cite>.
