These blocks are not a <details>. It is subtitle and text. Can add <hr> before and after

- I don't see the problem. In the source this is described as an "infobox", which has a "infobox__headline" as well as an "infobox__text". That should be fitting for a <details> block. Also note that I set all those blocks to be open by default, so the user will not miss any content (and in case there is no header, this will not be formatted as <details>).
