Link preview image missing while an appropriate image exists in the article, even this picture is a cover candidate by placing under the title

- 1. This is a single case in old article where meta contains broken url (with correct picture): http://www.portal.hidoctor.ir/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/0.jpeg
My template displays working images for other articles and we have no way to detect if image can be loaded or not. It's unreasonable to fix such single issues and to risk getting improper images from article because of one broken link.
2. Cover is optional in this case since image is not set as cover on original page and has no attributes specific for cover images.
