I don't think it's a good solution to format lead paragraph as header. It looks not so good when there are a lot of text like here. It's better to use bold or italic.

That's what matches original formatting the best. I'm sure it's better to make it look exactly as in original than to make it bold.
And checklist is really not strict about it, it would be even acceptable to just leave it as plain text. Yet you reject my template because I preserved original formatting?
