It's should be removed because it's not display in text, if you really want to display it, maybe you can add in published_date or writer but not in paragraph.

- Your complaint is still invalid, please refer to the checklist item 3.1 and 6.1.2, where it states the date must be published. In my interpretation, either way this is a date, it's just malformed.
Also this does not fall in to checklist item 4, given the date is essentials to the news article, it should not be removed.
