Seems this anchor is rudimentary.

- Apart from the fact that it's just another example of rubbish HTML code that is present on one page, anchors are not shown in IVs, their presence won't distract anyone. I save all anchors in order that all possible anchor links work. I can't hunt for every random rubbish anchor that accidentally got into the code.
