- The image in the embed element on the page is a preview for this embed element, the <div> with the class "EmbeddedTweet" has been converted to <iframe>. The image is a frame from a Twitter video.
It seems to me that it is better to give the user an embedded twitter post with a video than to leave an image with a link. The user will not need to go to a social network. Even if the user wants to go to Twitter, the link is in the embed element. Still, the goal of IV is to keep the user in IV, without advertising and unnecessary actions to view the content.
Wait for the decision of the arbitrator on this issue.

- Mobile IV does support Twitter videos, and hence has the video thumbnail in the Twitter preview on mobile IV as well.
You can check this IV on mobile Telegram app to see.
So this seems okay.
