Poll not essential content

- It might be not essential, but you shoudn't remove it by any means, since it can cause confusion to the user.
There are a lot of articles which contain some text about the poll above it. Example is this page: https://hollywoodlife.com/2017/12/04/time-person-of-the-year-2017-shortlist-finalists-vote/
The text on page clearly says "VOTE in the poll below!". And if you remove that poll the user will be confused. see https://telegra.ph/polls-03-19
Another example: https://hollywoodlife.com/2017/12/14/star-wars-the-last-jedi-quiz/
The title literally says it's a quiz:
"Could You Be The Last Jedi? — The Ultimate ‘Star Wars’ Quiz"

Because it can't be detected if it's just a regular random poll or the topic of the article, it should not be removed
