IV should be generated

- IV generates <iframe> with src, as it has been described in checklist.
We may see how it works in ordinary pages:

Embed isn't working in the original page as well as it generates no IV because instead of "youtube.com" it was "youtu.be" link included.
Digging the site until you find out one-off case exception from 2017 year - is not the scope of competition. It can be endless process.
