Image caption is not formatted in correct way

There isn't any class or any attributes or any way to identify caption. It's <h6> inside <em>, that's all. It's can be anything inside the <em>.
Even if <h6> contains image we can't be sure that <em> it is caption, it can be paragraph. Or it can be header with image inside. It is dangerous cause we can loose some text.
Sometimes authors of the site put caption in the same tag with image, sometimes they put caption in following paragraph. Cover image has class for caption so I can identify it and format like caption. But images in article no identifiable.
