The reason why the page does not work is because of an invalid Twitter embed. The original page has some <br/> embedded into the Twitter link, causing it to fail; even the original Twitter box on the page does not render.
I believe it is out of the scope of our templates to fix such issues like random characters or elements appearing in the attributes.
I have attached a screenshot proof: https://ibb.co/mebFYF (note the Twitter error class and invalid URL).

There is no reason for this to be omitted. Page could generate IV with complete information.
