Issue #1

Author of this template transformed one of the paragraphs to Pullquote though it was not a pullquote in the text. To remind that pullquote is some phrase that should _exist_ in the text, so it is kinda repeated twice, in the text and in pullquote itself. Pullquote is just making this phrase more visible.

Nice try. Still not convinced. Using the tools we have, it is the best way I can express this block in IV. Besides, it is the closest one stylistically.
I think it is much better than putting it in plain bold.
