- First, there are no rules in the checklist, what doing with Tooltips.
Second, if there were two options - yes or no, it's okay. But there more difficult. For example in your template is not clear , that (Bug) means "Осуждается в HTML x.x" and (No) means "Запрещен в HTML5, используйте <embed> или <object>". I do not see how to get around this problem.
Third, it's russian site. Basically everything is in Russian (except code). And User may do not understand what means "Bug".
Four there exist tooltip "Safari понимает только нестандартное свойство -webkit-background-origin" htmlbook.ru/css/background-origin
How do you handle it, if IV engine not see that attribute of <td>?
