Missing IV

- Intentional. This is the "index" page for the author that contains the article they wrote. This page periodically changes when they post their posts and change their list of articles. So, it's better not to produce IV for this. If you want to create an IV for a page like this, of course you also have to create one for the other "index" pages. But, looking at Checklist page section 2 (2.1), I don't think we should produce an IV for this page.
