We can't reliably identified part of IV from HTML tag naming scheme on this site. Here, we are using different terminology for some of IV part. This site names the IV subtitle part as "summary".

Here, we also don't really know the "kicker" term which is part of Telegram IV. So, you will not find an HTML tag with the name "kicker" on this site... :P

But, for me, in this case that "kicker" directly explain the title of this article and looks like a part of the title itself.
