- It's not documented at all in the manual or checklist that you can (and should) set tables border attribute, and IV shows it without borders here by itself - I thought it's okay as is. Your template also didn't show borders until now - it seems like you really needed something to report at me, you found out it's possible to manually add borders, so did it and reported this nitpick, cause there're no more issues. I don't think it's something that a perfect template should get rejected because of (it would be in checklist then).
Otherwise I agree it'd be nicer with borders, but actually the table is still clearly separeted from the body text, since the text inside it uses a different style.

set_attr border 1 table
Thus all sense and an idea of the author when he allocated the given text is lost. If there was a text after the table, it would not be possible to understand whether it is related to a single text or not.
