Cover is missing

- This page layout looks very unusual to this site, plus:
1) The cover doesn't have any specific classes;
2) <h1> is nested in a random container with the following classes:
col-lg-8 col-lg-offset-2 col-md-12 col-md-offset-0
That's why it is broken in my IV.
But like I said, the layout here is quite specific and the page itself from 2016.
