Missing videos

- Sorry, but i don't quite understand what's wrong here? This guy reported here https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/iaaf.org/template19/issue8/ that my template performed bad in his test since I'm loading about 50 youtube iframes, then I upgraded my template and kept only 4 youtube iframes on the top and transformed all others into image with links for better user experience.
Now my template got rejected because of this reason, does it mean he mislead me there? That's pretty dirty move.
