1. It's static page (check the class names then you'll see it's a static Wordpress page.
2. The date you marked is the date of the video like the others. Doesn't make sense. It comes from the date of the YouTube video.
3. All the contents in this page are old enough.
4. This "website" has some "live update" pages, yes, but this url is not the one of them. My template already can catch these pages and doesn't generate IV for them (but yours generate btw). Admins can check the codes of my template then they'll see how my template handle this kind of pages.
5. Even if we assume this page as "dynamic updated" (sure it's not), there's no identifiable thing to mark this page as "dynamic". The way to not generate IV for this pag
