If I'm not mistaken, photographs with captions shall be provided in the form of slide shows (at least as indicated in paragraph 6.4 of the rules). Also You don't delete an advertising unit in the text.

2. This is not advertising. It's more likely reminder that newspaper provides much more regional news: iDNES is the Internet portal of MF DNES. I think it's not critical.
