Should be added a break between paragraphs in blockquote. And also, blockquotes are not rare on this page so it definitely should be done.

There isn't any <br> in the original content. So why should I add it to the <blockquote>. It will change the format and design of the content. There isn't an identifiable way to put a <br>.
