There are other, clearly dynamic, blocks below the comments section, and I do not convert them.
But the "Читайте также" section is placed right at the bottom of the article. The principle used by the website to select the links is irrelevant.

It refers to the first paragraph:
Related Articles:
- Are thematically **related** to the current article.
- Lists of related articles are (relatively) **static**
But you violated the second paragraph, about "links that are not suitable and should be **removed**"
