As I pointed you earlier, tables are designed for a tabla data, not for managing layout structure. You cannot get rid of the borders, and when not removed they can be considered your own content.

I have an opposite opinion, that this table fits best of all. The layout is preserved, the download link doesn't mesh up with the description.
