- The block of articles you highlighted is not related with current article but it's list of article of the same category. I think that that list should not be inserted in the IV.
- Accepted by admin
- Since the article and links in question are all about politics, we can assume we're thematically related. Moreover the block with these links has class "releated" that sounds to me as "related".
