You were right, the page is dynamic. But, even if you do not generate IV, site_name should be set

- I think it is optional if there is no IV generated.
Also is NOT mentioned in the check list that even if no IV is available you should set the link preview features

- Since the site_name is mostly used for displaying the site's name at the top of the IV screen while reading the IV, it's optional for non target pages.
And yes, it should be clarified better on the checklist.
