Sorry Koyt, I will ask a question here because I couldn’t find a way to reach IV admins.

Dear IV admins, why the template#102 has been selected as a winner (Vertigo.com.ua) with existing issues when my template was rejected because of the exact same bug. I know it was my mistake of not reporting the bug on time and there is a human mistake factor, but I think it has to be fair to check all template for the mentioned issues and reject them or at least allow to submit an appeal after the winner selection.
