- From checklist: "Tip: IV pages are cached on our servers. The more time passed since an article was published, the less frequently the cached IV page will be updated. Any pages that update content in real time would subsequently display outdated IV pages to users — which is unacceptable."
These pages can be published 4-5 months before updating it. https://imbalance.ru/csgo/dreamhack/winter_2017 This event take place on 30 November, 2017. This case can be a problem to user, but it's up to admins decision

Pretty any page as changing from time to time. Now this one does not require interaction, and when tables will be added it won't be generated (check my template), until the they become supported, of course. Web is constantly changing, many articles get clarifications after days, months and years, wiki pages are generated also, though they are constantly changing. This page will change once, I believe, when the event will be over. This can't be a reason not to generate it.
