You're wrong about polls. "Such polls are in many articles from this column" - no, and I didn't just check pages, I've been reading index.hu for years. When they use such polls, it's nearly always part of the content. The article you found is an exeption, but since you can't tell it, you should make them unsupported. For example here the whole article is about the voting. You can't just remove it, these few pages should not generate.
About the missing formatting: it's a specific issue on that exact page, normally they have normal <b> tags around bold texts. And "If the lead paragraph uses a different style, it is recommended to use bold or italic text (we will not accept issues based on the absence of such formatting)." it's not lead paragraph, but this is the closest that we have in the checklist. They use a different style for the questions set with class on that exact page, which my template doesn't have, but content isn't missing.
