While time is optional should be preserved correct or removed
Also between datepublished and datemodified we should select date published

while this site use IST time zone so you used update time which is 05:24

While datepublished is stored in meta meta[itemprop="datePublished"] check my template

If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user
