But unfortunately users will leave IV mode if you don't support this type of pages. My template supports.

There is nothing wrong with an image in a blockquote, as it is exactly the same presentation as the original website.

The fact that it is clickable is not a problem since it is the original behavior and aids the user in viewing the full screen image. The fact that it does not render in IV is again optional since there is literally just one image on this page.
