§3.2. The site_name property must include the correct name of the website. If the webmaster includes unnecessary data (e.g. ‘Site {sitename}’) or mixes the site name with the article title, your template must take care of this.

The site name should be "InfoOradea", no extraneous information should be added.

It's official og site name. I don't see any extraneous information: title + very short description of the site. This data is necessary for potential reader.

You might ask why this is? site_name is used for example here: https://imgur.com/a/eLzzmvB

So it's better to have a short site_name = the website's name.
