Hyperlinked red texts on the left are part of main content of article. Moving them to related articles section changes the original article structure which is not allowed. Also title information of the links are lost since only urls are displayed in related section.

Red links are RELATED content and so moved into the related block. There is NO loss data because the color red sentences are the titles of the articles and it will be displayed a preview as the guideline says (6.3.2 - Note 2).
