Caption (cite) missing

- It's a mistake made by the writer, check that all other images have the caption inside the figure (in the html and the UI). In this case the image was added to the text (inside a p block) and separately a figure with no img and a figcaption (this is not rendered by IV).
We are not here to fix the author's mistakes, right?
