- I don't think that developer must correct mistakes of the initial page layout.
Person who made up this article managed to store bigger part of its text in the <table class="st-part right"> and added in this table another table, which is obviously a mistake of html markup and an "extreme" case, as the other articles doesn't have it and are made up better - I didn't find any articles with the whole text in a table while was creating a template.

Last - I don't see any reliable way to support this page - if you extract all the nested content after <tbody> of the first table, the order of the text will mess up. It happens even with your template - "90 <...>" quote should be placed after "Na primer, <...>" paragraph
