The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes, because these pages are not suitable for IV. They don't have anything on them except the video (no date, no author, not even a title, etc), so while I could implement support for these kinds of pages I don't think it is right.
