It doesn't need to be supported, but when the embed will be supported, this page will have some problems because it has rudimentary content at the bottom of the page.

This page will never be supported as it contains an interactive contact form. There is no need to blacklist this page using !not_exists or something similar because it already won't generate IV (and never will, because the embed is a dynamic recaptcha that won't be integrated in IV)
