subtitle is missing

- This looks more like a lead section for me, not a subtitle / summary sentence (for difference, see https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-1-author-name). Anyway, Checklist says: "These summary sentences are usually short and are not part of the article's text. It is *advisable* but not required to represent them as <subtitle> elements."
Also, this type of element is very rare for this site.
