Those link doesn't work in IV, so they can be removed.

First, thanks. They're "footnotes" and working in IV mode. Their mission is to open a link to see the line of the footnote (or source). Maybe, they aren't fully-compatible but it doesn't mean they're unnecessary. When you click to one of them, it will open a link with the necessary #anchor.

It is advisable to place any ‘further reading’ links at the end of the page (see ‘Recent News’ in the Telegram blog template – if it is technically possible to identify them in the source and relocate them.
‘Read more’ blocks that feature links to other articles on the same site are better suited for this treatment (because they will open further IV pages).

Just tested this on Telegram. These links don't open anchors inside the IV page, instead they open anchors on the page in the in-app browser.
